Nice cabinet size black bisque head doll on 5 piece composition body. She has a caracul skin wig that has 2 spots of loss on the left side. Her bisque head is perfect and has stationary black glass eyes and an open mouth with tiny teeth. She made by the A. G. Limbach company from Thuringia, Germany. She is marked on the back of her head with a three leaf clover and number 0. Her features are nicely painted. Her five piece body is peg strung, with yellow painted on shoes that have heels. This body has some wear to it and also some pin holes where the original costume was attached. I think she was originally sold to the tourist trade and wore a regional outfit. I have dressed her in a long rose calico prints dress and white cotton half slip.
