About 20-25 years old, this piece was designed and handcrafted by Neva Burba. All of her fabulous pieces are one-of-a-kind, and the necklace’s descriptions are written in her pen. Burba’s pieces have been sold in high end boutiques and department stores in the Chicagoland area since the mid-1970’s.
The hand carved brown jade pendant resembles a buffalo shaped dragon (to me, anyway) and measures 2 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches tall. The necklace is comprised of carnelian, sardonyx, and gold filled beads and measures 18 inches long.
