From a superb collection of antique Nippon Moriage ware, a late 19th century pitcher with a wide splayed bottom and enameled flowers on a dark celadon green ground, with extensive moriage style slip decoration over the top. The pitcher is 8" high and the base is 7 1/2" wide. In very good condition. There are two "blobs" of slip missing. One on the base and one on the handle. Please see closed-ups photos. Guaranteed to be as described.
