An American federal period mahogany night stand, circa 1815. The stand is probably from New York and features a fine (newly refurbished) original finish, flame mahogany veneers, fluted legs, and original hardware. It is 30 3/4" high by 18 3/4" wide by 18 1/4" deep. There are some condition issues as follows: there is a crack running front to back on each of the sides and one running side to side on the back. There is also a crack in the door. Please view all photos carefully. There is also a very small chip of wood missing on the front by the lower hinge. None of these defects impair the structural soundness of the piece. It is solid and sturdy and guaranteed to be as described.
