A fine French provincial walnut side table or night stand, circa 1760. The stand features a three-quarter gallery top over an open shelf, with open quatrefoil motifs. With a shallow drawer under the shelf and a scalloped apron around the bottom. With original finish and warm dark brown patina. The table has some worm damage, (common for 18th century walnut furniture) and a bit of dry rot. All these conditions are stable and have been properly addressed. Two of the legs have been rebuilt. Please see all photo close-ups. The table is 29 1/2" high by 17 1/2" wide by 12" deep. Guaranteed to be as described.
