A fine English George III sterling silver toddy ladle with twisted baleen handle. It was made by Elizabeth Morley in London in 1797. One of the few Women silversmiths of the 18th century. The ladle is approx. 6 1/2" long and fully hallmarked inside the bowl. The duty mark is partially worn off. In excellent condition and guaranteed to be as described.
