An English Victorian game table by James Schoolbred, circa 1880. The table is ebonized and inlaid with a burl walnut banding and fine stringing. The top has a solid brass banding around the edges. The legs are reeded and turned with gilding and brass caps and casters. It is 35 1/2" wide by 18 1/2" deep by 30" high when closed. It opens by drawing out the back legs and there is a drawer which the top sits on when folded out. It is in very good condition with an original finish. The top has the most issues with scratches and dings etc. Please view all photos carefully. The table is solid and sturdy and guaranteed to be as described.
