A Victorian brooch in the Etruscan revival style dating from the mid-19th century, circa 1860. The brooch is stamped 14K (tested) and also has a makers mark, HB? The H is very clear, the other letter could be a B, or an H or a P possibly. The brooch has fine twisted wire work, cannetille, and granulation. It is set with a deep yellow citrine of approx. 17mm by 14mm. The back has it's original C clasp and tube hinge. It is approx. 2 1/2" by 2" and guaranteed to be as described.
