An American mahogany Queen Anne tilt top tea table, New York, circa 1770. The table has a plain solid plank top, baluster form pedestal base and cabriole legs ending in snake feet. The base is all original, including the finish. The top has been re-finished with a fine french polish. The color is superb throughout! The only problems with this table are the two minor splits on the edges due to warping, please see photo close-ups. The table has a birdcage support and turns and tilts nicely. The top is approx. 32 1/4" by 32 3/4". It is 27 1/2" high. Guaranteed to be as described.
