An American federal period pembroke table in mahogany, dating from the first quarter of the 19th century, circa 1815, Philadelphia, PA. The top and drawer front are made from highly figured Santo Domingan mahogany, just gorgeous! The legs are turned and reeded, ending in ball feet. The drawer has the original wooden pull and there are several repairs to the top on the ends, see photos. Currently, the table has a hand rubbed, French polish finish.
The table is 37" long by 29" tall by 55" wide with the leaves out. The center 'panel' is 21" wide. The drop leaves are 17" wide each. Guaranteed to be as described.
