This fun bear cub is standing up on his hind legs, looking over his shoulder. Where’s mom? The mold gives this figurine a nice texture; the face is realistic. The glaze is glossy white. We were not able to learn a lot about this little guy, although he was likely designed by Max Fritz in the 1930s. This particular figurine was made after 1957. This piece comes from the estate of Phil’s mother. She was mainly a collector of glass, but also had an extensive collection of animal figurines that were purchased over many years.
SIZE: Height is about 3 1/4”. Diameter at the base is about 1 1/8”.
