This is a vibrant example of early Czechoslovakian glass. It is hand blown in three layers of glass. The inside layer is a brilliant, almost orange, yellow. On top of that are swirls and splashes of white. Both of these layers are cased with clean glass, which adds a rich glow to the colors below. Black glass was applied to the top rim, adding a bit of drama. The vase has a bulbous base and a slightly tapered body which flares out to a rippled flower shape on top.
SIZE: Height is 7 3/4 inches. Diameter at the base is about 2 1/2 inches, and at the top at its widest is about 3 7/8 inches.
CONDITION: Condition is very good. There are two scraped spots at the widest part of the bottom. Otherwise, there are no chips or cracks.
