Well, here’s a crazy little toy! Hold the head, and wind up the key. Place on the floor and watch the drive’s head rotate while the train goes a few feet forward and then backs up. The front wheel (or is it the back wheel?) makes the train go in a semi-circle. The conductor’s arms are free moving and jerk a little bit with the motion.
Size: About 4 ½ inches long; almost 4 inches high at the top of the conductor’s cap; 2 inches wide
Condition: The toy is made of plastic and tin. The head is a semi-soft plastic but doesn’t have much give. The drive wheels are of rubber type plastic and are still flexible. The small wheel is plastic. The toy is mint. The box is too.
We’ve had this toy for about 8 or 9 years and it has been sitting in a closet. Time for it to get a new home.
So simple, but yet a fun toy to watch.
