SALE Take a look at these beautiful brightly Enameled Butterlies on this signed and numbered Boucher brooch, sometimes referred to as a Trembler. That's a great name for it, because the larger of the two butterlies, the striped one, is attached by a spring. Actually, I see that there are two springs, but just noticing that one of them is no longer glued, so I will sell it for less than planned and let the new owner have it glued back together. I would want it done correctly, and if you are familiar with these tremblers or just vintage jewelry in general, you will probably be able to fix it yourself. The striped butterfly has several shades of pinks, as well as one that is a metallic red and another that is more of a purple. The other one has two shades of pink, with gold teardrop shaped raised designs. The body of both is a bright gold tone plated finish, and the pins are outlined in the same. As you can see in the pictures, this brooch is numbered on the back as well has having the Boucher designer name. The striped butterfly is 1 1/2" x 1 5/8" while the other one is app. 1 5/8" x 1 5/8". Actually I thought one was larger, but they are very close in size. Again, this pin is being sold in "As is" condition because of the spring that needs to be reconnected.
