SALE I had to laugh when I opened this WONDERFUL Ken purple Suitcase with the original 1960's Bubble Cut Barbie Wearing Ken's tagged Football Gear, and Ken with his molded hair(Actually it has a fuzzy feel), dressed in next thing to a tuxedo! I am selling this wide assortment of Barbie and Ken goodies as found in this Ken travel case. It includes both 1960's dolls, two bags of accessories that include shoes, boots, and who knows what all! Almost all of the clothes you see are Ken's, and the Ken tag is still inside many of them. The girls who played with these great dolls had a great time I know, dressing Barbie in Ken's No. 7 Red Foot ball uniform, complete with the shoulder gear, the football and helmet. I did not want to put the helmet on her wonderful bubble cut hairdo, and it doesn't look like she enjoyed wearing it much either, as her hair looks great! Although all fingers and toes are present on both dolls, on one of Barbie's hands, there is a split or tear between her pointer and 3rd fingers. Someone handy with small doll repairs could probably glue these so no one would even notice, but I didn't want to do it myself and make it worse. In addition, there are 6 of the little booklets that came with the Barbie, Ken, Midge, Skipper, and other friends from that era, highlighting many of their outfits you could buy to fix them up in different attire!
This Ken suitcase full of goodies comes from the estate of a lady who passed away this past year, and her daughters are having fun remembering their growing up years with all these great dolls, toys, and more! But they have grandsons rather than granddaughters, so they want someone to have these who will cherish the great Barbie Doll era from the 60's. I bought a few more Barbies that are dressed in different outfits, and have at least one Twist and Turn Barbie already listed in my shop. I may decide to sell the remainder of the Barbies, Midge and Skipper dolls as I bought them, as a group. This particular duo, however, of Barbie and Ken, are being sold in this listing only, with all the goods as found in the suitcase. You may want to check back as I list more items from this same estate, including even dolls from the late 1800's and early 1900's. This is also the same estate as the wedding dolls in my shop come from.
You will not be disappointed to add this great 1960's Favorite Couple of Barbie and Ken to your collection of Vintage dolls! All the little acessories and odd assortments of clothes(some complete outfits) are being sold as found in this one suitcase. If I find more, I will list those another time.
I am always happy to combine purchases to save you on shipping, so please be sure to let me know if you are interested in other items I have listed. Be sure to check out all the dolls from this estate before you check out, and if you are looking for a particular one, just ask, as it may be here! **If shipping is less than quoted, I will refund overpayment once the package is mailed.**
Thanks so much for shopping with me, and God Bless YoU! May we honor Him in all we say and do!
