SALE Take a look at this early matted advertising photo card from a Paducah, KY estate, featuring 3 men in Derby hats standing outside the Wm. Hoffman Tin Shop. I love the decorative architectural work above and to the sides of the the transom windows(another favorite), and the big heavy glass and wood doors. The address is 204, but not sure what street. This is an example of city scape advertising, where the name of the business was painted either on the bricks or windows of the property. In excellent condition, this photograph looks almost like postcard size, with 4 1/8" x 6", and the black hard mat is app. 8 x 10, so would also look great framed!
If you love old advertising photographs, this is a great one. There is no photographer's name found, but the picture is secured to the mat and is in great shape. You won't be disappointed if you like old city photographs. I believe this one is from the very early 1900's.
