SALE ON COLONIAL GLASS PITCHER THAT COULD BE UNMARKED HEISEY... I was just certain this was a Heisey Colonial glass paneled pitcher when I bought it, but it is unmarked so I can't call it as such. If they ever had unmarked pieces, though, this surely must be one. I even wondered if the diamond marking had worn off? From what I have read, the one made by them was from the early 1900's.
I have seen these in 4 or 5 sizes lined up at shows that I have been to, and they are just stunning as a graduated set. However, if I were just going to have one, I would love having this size. It measures app. 6 1/8" at the tallest part of the spout, and on the handle side, it is app. 3/4" high. There are no chips, cracks or breaks and it is just beautiful! I've kind of gotten used to having it in my cupboard the last 2 months, but after all, I bought it to sell and I can't keep everything! Perhaps you'd like it? You won't be disappointed in this heavy, glass paneled Colonial style pitcher.
