Gorgeous French Limoges medallion handle plate, hand painted with pink and purple roses all around the inner edge and a very heavy gold border with medallion handles. The piece measures 8 3/4" in diameter and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and barely a hint of gold wear. Factory marked Coiffe France with a star, used by Coiffe from 1891 until 1914, and studio decorator marked B. & H. Limoges France, used by Blakeman & Henderson from the late 1890's until the early 1900's. Blakeman & Henderson were well known for their beautifully painted porcelain and this piece is no exception.
