Lovely antique Limoges dresser trio, consisting of a perfume bottle or ewer and two trinket boxes. Romantic mold features heart shaped finials on both trinket boxes, with raised, embossed bows along the top edge of the boxes. Delicate pink roses are painted along with gold enamel painted flowers and sponged gold highlights. The perfume ewer has a perfect porcelain stopper. All three pieces are marked Limoges, A.L. France, (A. Lanternier, Limoges, France) a factory mark used from 1891-1914. The perfume ewer stands 5 1/2" tall and is in excellent condition. The two trinket ring boxes are each 2 1/2" tall and both are also in excellent condition, for complete accuracy, one has a tiny age related rim annealing crack, and the other an even tinier one. Both are age related from the lids being removed and replaced over the last 100 years. Both are completely covered by the lids, and what I would refer to as honest wear, not damage. The photos document this, please refer to them. A rather rare little set, likely part of a larger dresser set originally.
