A very early English Creamware Coffee Pot, c. 1780-1800, with strap handles, molded terminals and a flower finial on the lid. The coffee pot is about 7 ¾” tall and the handle to spout distance is about 5 ¾”. Bulbous form with molded strap handles and detailed floral terminals for the handles. The flower finial on the lid is also crisply molded.
The coffee pot is in excellent condition. Clean and white, both inside and out, the pot is free of cracks, lines or restorations. There are no large chips, only some roughness on the edge of the spout and some very tiny nicks on the edge and underside of the lid. The handle and the flower finial are very fine.
