This well known duette has a trembling rhinestone flower rising up from each Camellia. Off to one side are pave set rhinestone leaves with a half bow and Bottle green enamel leaf at the base. Each Camellia separates from the skeleton and can be worn separately. They have a dress clip mechanism alone but together on the skeleton they form a single brooch. The skeleton is marked Coro duette in script and PAT No 1798867 which was approved in March 1931 to inventor Gaston Candas. The dress clip mechanism is marked Pat 1852188 which approved April 5, 1932 so this duette is from the early 1930's.
