Pair of Steel Scissors in Deep Green Shagreen Scabbard, 19th CenturyPair of Steel Scissors in Deep Green Shagreen Scabbard, 19th CenturyPair of Steel Scissors in Deep Green Shagreen Scabbard, 19th CenturyPair of Steel Scissors in Deep Green Shagreen Scabbard, 19th Century

This is a dear little pair of steel scissors which appears to date from the 19th century. It has a little decoration on each side near the handles and has the maker’s mark of ‘W.Miebach’. It is contained within its own fitting deep green shagreen scabbard. The condition is good for age but it does not cut precisely to the tips. This would be a nice early piece to add to your collection of scissors or place in your sewing box. Length 3.75 ins (9.5cm). Weight 14 grams. Insured Air Mail Post to the USA would be $20.00 USD - with tracking is more expensive. For shipping cost to other countries, please contact us.
