Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

We prefer to ship via Australia Post - Airmail or Registered Post International for overseas shipments. Fedex shipping will be used under special circumstances. The buyer pays all shipping costs - we do not charge a handling fee. The shipping costs will depend on the courier, the weight of the actual item (as listed for each item) and the additional weight of the packaging. Items that can be sent in a letter envelope will be sent Registered Post. Buyer pays Australia Post shipping. Please note that Tracking is extra. Insurance costs are covered by us for items over $1000. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged for shipment. As per our Insurance Policy, very fragile items must be packed by a professional packer which will incur an additional cost. In the unlikely event that damage occurs in shipping, please save all packaging materials and notify us immediately. All local Customs Duties and Taxes are the full responsibility of the buyer. We usually ship on Wednesdays (Australian time).
