Very good set of the wonderful Aztec themed cards made by Clemente Jacques c.1958, named “Cuauhtemoc” after the last Aztec emperor, featuring the colorful designs of P.X. Santelle on each card. The cards are accompanied by a booklet in Spanish and English that describes the illustrations on the cards.
The deck has 52 suited cards, plus 2 Jokers, plus a blank card. The cards are wide, measuring 88mm x 63mm. They come in a plastic box that is a perfect fit for the cards and booklet, and so may be original.
The cards are in good, perhaps very good, used condition with modest soiling, general wear; very feint corner creases on several cards, and a horizontal crease on the 4 of Diamonds (separately pictured); the condition of the cards has been taken into account in the price of the deck. The booklet and plastic box are in very good used condition, with general wear, but otherwise without issues.
