Wonderful skat deck published by Coeur in 1990 to commemorate the fall of the Berlin Wall on November 9, 1989, featuring the original designs of Rainer Schwalme on the court cards and Aces -- caricatures of East German politicians (only 1 Queen is female!).
The deck has the standard 32 cards of a skat deck (French suits), plus a Frontispiece card that is a different Jack (“B”) of Clubs. The cards are slightly large bridge size, measuring 91mm x 60mm, and come in a plastic box that is probably not original.
The cards are “as new.” FWIW, the plastic box is in very good condition.
Thanks for visiting.
