Wonderful deck of cards made by Boechat Freres for Editions Dusserre c.1979, “in memory of those who fought in the Great War based on documents belonging to the Army Museum Hôtel des Invalides.” The Aces have illustrations of famous battles from the war, and the court cards depict famous persons.

The deck has 52 suited cards, plus 2 Jokers, plus 1 extra card announcing the deck. The cards are wide, measuring 88mm x 64mm, and come in the original box.

The cards are in excellent condition, “as new” or very nearly so. The box is also in “as new” condition.
