Excellent set of very striking and cleverly conceived cards made by Grimaud c.1985, titled "Correspondances," featuring original designs by Laurence Caiazzo and Pica-Cicero-Scop, in which each card represents a Paris subway station (or, to be more accurate, represents and depicts a noteworthy aspect(s) of Parisian life in the portion of the city served by that station).
The deck has 52 cards, plus 2 Jokers, plus an insert card announcing the deck. The cards are accompanied by a booklet, describing the cards. The cards are wide, measuring 88mm x 63mm, and come in the original box.
The cards and box are in excellent “as new” condition.
