Extremely interesting salesman sample for TDC advertising cards. It consists of sample cards whose backs shows designs that can be used for advertising playing cards, and on the faces of the cards are details about pricing, etc. In addition, there are several cards with general information about TDC advertising cards on both sides. It is my understanding that the TDC brand was first published by Hoyle c.1975, and so I have dated this salesman sample deck c.1980.
The “deck” contains approximately 60 cards, and the cards have holes in one corner that enable them to be held together by a screw in a sleeve, and fanned for display. The cards are bridge size, measuring 88mm x 58mm. There is no box, although it may not ever have had one.
The deck is in excellent condition, without issues; the cards have been handled, but never shuffled or used for a game. I have photographed the cards with the screw still in, because there appears to be an order to their organization, and I do not want to risk upsetting that order.
Thanks for visiting.
