Rare deck of cards that can also be used in a special card game, called “Little Demons.” It features designs by Wayne Anderson, a British artist best known for his children’s book illustrations. The design of a given card is the same for all 4 suits: 4 Aces the same, 4 Kings the same, etc. The faces of the cards show possible accidents in the home, and at the bottom of each card is the typical cost of the damage associated with the accident depicted. The cards are accompanied by a small paper insert with the rules for the special card game.
The deck has 52 suited cards, plus 1 Joker, plus a blank card. The rules describe two jokers, but make no mention of a blank card. I don’t know if this means the blank card functions as a second Joker, or if the second Joker is missing. Certainly the blank card could be used a second joker if need be.
The cards are “as new.” The box has minor shelf wear, and the insert is somewhat wrinkled.
Thanks for visiting.
