Mint sealed deck of pin-up cards made by Arrco, featuring an illustration of a girl on a beach blanket with an umbrella on the backs. I have dated the deck c.1940s, because the 1 pack tax stamp places it during the period 1940-1965, and because the style of the bathing suit and overall “tame” nature of the design place it toward the earlier part of that period.
I assume that the deck has at least 52 suited cards, plus 1 Joker. The cards are bridge size, measuring 89mm x 58mm, with gold gilt around. There is no box. [The cards came to me in a very clean but unrelated “Lord Baltimore” box, and will travel to the buyer in it]
As noted, the cards are mint and sealed.
Thanks for visiting.
