Mint, sealed Congress “Designer Series” bridge set. I believe dates to the 1980s, but am not sure. The backs of the cards in the set are two beautiful art deco patterns used for Congress 606 cards in the late 1920s, called “Promenade” and “On Leash,” that depict a woman walking a dog. In addition to the 2 decks of cards, there is a score pad with matching “Promenade” design.
I assume that each deck has 52 suited cards, plus 2 Jokers. The cards are bridge size, and the cards and score pad are housed in the original box. The set is marketed with cellophane over the open box, with the open box bottom sitting inside the box lid.
As noted the cards and score pad are inside the box and the box is sealed with cellophane. Thus, everything is mint, but there is a very slight tear in the cellophane.
Thanks for visiting.
