Six decks of railroad cards. Each is for sale separately for $10 and together all 6 are for sale for $50. They are described below:

• A deck made by Brown & Bigelow c.1957 for the Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul & Pacific Puget Sound railroad, celebrating the “Milwaukee Road,” CMSTP’s primary route. It has 52 standard B&B cards, plus 2 Milwaukee Road Jokers. The cards are bridge size, and come in the original box. The cards are in excellent lightly used condition, with very slight evidence of wear and handling. The box is in very good condition, with very slight shelf wear, but starting to lose a top side flap. Reference: Bollhagen, The Great Book of Railroad Playing Cards, CMSTP-19

•A deck made by USPC (Liberty) c.1988, for the Missouri Pacific Lines. It has 52 cards, plus 2 Jokers – all standard Liberty cards. The cards are bridge size and come in the original Missouri Pacific box. The cards and box are “as new.” Reference: Bollhagen, The Great Book of Railroad Playing Cards, MP-16

• A mint, sealed deck made c.1986 by Gemaco for Burlington Northern railroad. I assume that it has 52 cards, plus 2 Jokers. The Joker visible through the cellophane is a standard Gemaco Joker, and I assume the other cards are all standard Gemaco cards as well. The cards are mint and sealed, and the box is “as new.” Reference, Bollhagen, The Great Book of Railroad Playing Cards, BN-2.

• Another Missouri Pacific deck, also made by USPC, c. 1956, but these are not Liberty brand cards. Bollhagen dates these cards to 1948, but this deck has a USPC#W1928, which means they were made in 1956. The deck has 52 cards, including a Missouri Pacific Ace of Spades, plus a standard USPC Joker and a bridge scoring extra card. The cards are bridge size, and there is no box. The cards are in very good used condition, with evidence of handling and edge wear and a stain on the bridge scoring card. .Reference, Bollhagen, The Great Book of Railroad Playing Cards, MP-7.

• A deck that, according to the WWPCM, was made by Brown & Bigelow for Northern Pacific. It is dated c.1950 by Bollhagen. The deck has 52 cards, with the Northern Pacific “Yellowstone” Ace of Spades, plus 2 original Northern Pacific Jokers. The cards are bridge size and come in the original box. They are in excellent lightly used condition, and the box is also in excellent condition, with modest shelf wear. Reference: Bollhagen, the Great Book of Railroad Playing Cards, NPR-5.

• A deck made by Brown & Bigelow (Redi-slip) c.1950 for Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific railroad, celebrating the Rock Island “Route of the Rockets.” The deck has 52 cards, including a Rock Island Ace of Spades, and 2 standard B&B/Redi-slip Jokers. The cards are bridge size and come in the bottom half of the original box. The cards are in very good lightly used condition, with evidence of handling, edge wear, and a slight abrasion at one corner of the 5 of Clubs. The backs of these cards are the backs that Bollhagen identifies as CRIP-13, but the Rock Island Ace is the Ace shown at CRIP-15. Bollhagen, The Great Book of Railroad Playing Cards, CRIP-13 and CRIP-15.

THE COST OF DOMESTIC SHIPPING ASSUMES THAT ALL 6 DECKS ARE PURCHASED. IF FEWER DECKS ARE PURCHASED SHIPPING IS LIKELY TO BE LESS.
