Wonderful deck of cards, titled Vallée d'Aoste, made by Dal Negro, c.1983, featuring the designs of Michele Bonini depicting 232 coats of arms indigenous to the Aosta Valley in Italy. Each pip on each of the pip cards appears to be a different coat of arms. Many of the cards have illustrations in addition to the coats of arms themselves, and those with additional material tend to be the ones signed by Ms. Bonini.
The deck has 52 cards, plus 2 Jokers, plus 1 card introducing the deck. The cards are wide, measuring 88mm x 63mm. They came to me, and will travel to the buyer, in a soft plastic box that I am almost sure is not original to the cards.
The cards are "as new." The plastic box is in excellent condition.
Thanks for visiting.
