Mint double deck of cards made by Fournier with an embossed gold image on the backs depicting the spectacular Sydney Opera House. I do not know the date of the cards, but the Sydney Opera House finally opened in 1973, 10 years after the estimated completion date and at a cost of 14 times the original budget. There is no stamp or imprint on the 4 of Clubs, and it is likely that the cards date to the 1980s.
Each deck has 52 cards, plus 2 Jokers. The cards are bridge size, measuring 89mm x 58mm, with gold gilt at the corners. They are in the original box.
The cards are in mint condition, and the box is “as new.”
