I love the color combination of the white and red -- perfect for a warm weather wardrobe -- in this vintage West Germany glass beaded choker necklace. Three rows of white milk glass rounds are topped with opaque red caps and tiny white glass seed beads, with outer rows having alternating white bugle beads and red seed beads loops. This creates a full bunchy appearance. Beads are stitched to a woven fabric backing. Maximum 15 1/2" length with hook and beaded chain so fit can be adjusted smaller if desired. Hook is stamped M. West Germany. Very good condition with beads appearing to be all present and intact; the hook has some plating loss, and the fabric backing is lightly soiled as is common with these pieces. I always leave it to a new buyer's discretion as to how or whether to clean.
