This pretty ring from the 1950's contains three stones. The two side stones are a minimum of a quarter carat each for a total diamond weight of .50 carat. They have good color and clarity. The 5mm center stone is a CZ. It could easily be replaced by your jeweler with a .50 carat diamond or a 5mm colored stone if you prefer. There are also two tiny single cut diamonds in the engraved setting.
The classic crossover style of this ring is beautiful on. The ring is marked 14K in the band which is currently a size 5.5. This style is easily sized up or down two sizes. The ring weighs 3.2 grams.
