Four gold-tone tiers of pale blue rhinestone florettes with slightly golden imitation pearls in the centers form this vibrant high-domed brooch.
It measures 1-5/8" in diameter and is very dimensional at 3/4" high.
It is signed "© Ledo 1961" on the back and is in excellent condition with all rhinestones sparkling, no plating or pearl nacre issues and the pin working correctly.
Ledo was a mark used by the Polcini Manufacturing Company which, according to Researching Costume Jewelry, was in business from 1911 to about 1989; the Ledo mark was generally used from 1948 to 1962. With this brooch being signed 1961, it must have been made near the end of Polcini's use of the name "Ledo".
