This 1960's D&E brooch has several different sizes of large imitation jade and carnelian cabochons that surround a high-domed imitation coral cab in the center. Thin olivine navettes and smaller deep olivine navettes, emerald green and orange chatons and three sizes of Madeira topaz rhinestones complete its fabulous look. All of the stones are prong-set in bright gold-tone.
The brooch measures 2-1/2" in diameter and is very dimensional at 5/8" deep.
It is in excellent vintage condition with all rhinestones sparkling, no chips or cracks to the cabochons, plating intact and the rotating pin safety working correctly with some loss of plating to the pin stem itself which does not detract.
The brooch matches a huge D&E bib and is a stunner by itself or with the other pieces in the parure. Perfect for Fall and Winter!
