This is a fun group of Victorian era advertising trade cards. The first one was done by Whittemore Bros of Boston for their Gilt Edge Shoe Dressing, sold in bottles, for ladies shoes. It measures 2 & 3/4 by almost 4 & 1/2 inches and is in very good, clean condition with light corner bumps. It has a partial store stamp on the back, as if the stamper was done off center.

The second one was done by Sunshine Publishing Company. It measures almost 3 by 4 & 3/8 inches and features a cat terrorizing a baby who is drinking out of a copper bucket and a little girl who is about to swat the kitty cat with a broom while perched on a green wooden bucket. Incredible detail on this beautiful old litho card and amazing subject matter that can only be described as chaos! Condition is good, and the card is clean with minor wear and some corner bumps.

The last one is a 3 & 7/8 by 2 & 3/4 inch card from Lion Coffee that is one of their Picture Cards titled The Sleeping Beauty and it tells a little bit of the fairy tale story on the back. It is in good condition with minor wear. It has great detail and color, including the white sleeping kitty cat at her feet, the flowers, the window and the spinning wheel, not to mention the lovely pink dress and shoes she is wearing.

Please see the photos as they show the condition and detail well and use the "Click to Expand" on the bottom of the pictures to see them fully.
