This is a charming vintage French poodle figurine, carrying a newspaper in its mouth with a really darling look on its face. There is part of makers label on the back that simply says Japan and a black underglaze mark on the underside that is not readable. Its 2 & 1/2 inches tall, about 3 & 1/2 inches long and in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and some light crazing. A meat one for your collection!
