This is a nice older rectangular clear glass paperweight with an image of the Adjournment of the Continental Congress in November of 1777 after receiving the news that Burgoyne had surrendered at Saratoga. As you will recall, York Town (as it was known then) was actually the capital at one point during the Revolutionary War when Philadelphia had to be abandoned by the Continental Congress. The image is a nice detailed one and the glass is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It measures a bit over 2 & 1/2 by about 4 & 1/4 inches.
Please see the photos as they show the condition and detail well.
