The first card is a young man singing to a young girl playing a tennis racket! The card is copyright 1890 for the Estey Organ Company in Brattleboro, Vermont. The card was produced by J Ottmann Lithograph Company for Yohn Brothers Piano Rooms in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The card measures 4 3/4 by 3 inches and is in good condition with corner wear. The second card show a odd looking fellow killing a goose while the chickens roam. The back of the card explains the story of the goose that laid the golden eggs. That story didn’t turn out good for the goose or the man! The card is for McPhail Pianos, Boston, Massachusetts and was a trade card for a Harrisburg Piano and Organ company named J C Oyler & Son. The card measures 4 3/4 by 3 inches and is in good condition with corner wear. Please look at the photographs as they are part of the description and shows the condition.
