This little 46 page softcover booklet entitled Shearer's Visitors Companion and Pictorial Guide to the Sights of Stirling was published by Shearer's in Scotland in 1922 and contains wonderful illustrations and a fold out map at the back. It is in good, clean condition and even covers the surrounding battlefields of Stirling Bridge and Bannockburn made famous by William Wallace and Robert the Bruce when they vanquished the invading armies to secure the independence of Scotland. There is also local advertising in the back of the pamphlet. The back cover has some wear, but overall, this is a nice old copy.
