This is an early 1950’s Nomura police car sedan. The condition is good with some scuffs from normal play by a child. Please review the pictures for exaction condition. The friction is good and rolls well on a hard surface. The car is a little over 3 inches long. Here is a little history on Nomura:
Nomura means 'field village', or 'wilderness field' and is also known as TN. Typically the TN is enclosed by a circle. It was one of the biggest and most prolific of all post-war Japanese toy makers and was specialized in mostly mechanical and wind-up friction toys featuring very creative designs. Nomura started manufacturing tin toys in the late 1940s and quickly dominated the marketplace. They made original colorful tin toy cars and other vehicles. This will be a great addition to any toy collection.
