This is a lovely old Victorian era hardcover book with a beautiful decorated red cover entitled The Poetical Works of Lord Macauley, published in 1881 by Lovell, and noted on the title page as the First American Edition. It has 215 numbered pages and is in good condition with a strong binding with clean, tight pages - the only writing is an inscription in the front with a name and address and a stamp in the back from a Sabbath School. There is some cover wear and corner bumps, but the cover is still quite nice and spine wear is minor. There is also some evidence on the title page that something was written in pencil and erased. This would be a great addition to your library or collection.
