This is the fourth editions, published in 1940 by the Yosemite Park and Curry Co and the Times-Mirror and Printing and Binding House of Los Angeles, of The Four Seasons in Yosemite National Park, a Photographic Story of Yosemite's Spectacular Scenery. Edited by Stanley Plumb and photographed by the famous Ansel Adams, it features mainly back and white photos, and one color inside the front cover, as well as a map. It is a softcover volume with 46 pages, although they are not numbered. The pages are clean and tight, but there is some cover wear as you can see in the photo and some wear on the first blank page inside the front cover. Otherwise, the photographs by Adams are in nice, clean condition and this volume is truly a wonderful compilation of the changing seasons in Yosemite seen through a photographer's lens.
