This is a fun old group of printer's or typesetter's wood blocks. The largest is 2.75 by 3 inches and has writing that appears to be Arabic along with some leaves for the background. The rectangle shaped one is 1 by 2 inches and features a well dressed man with a horse shoe by his side and a clover or flower in his raised hand. It has a D and a number 17 marked on he sides. The smallest is 1 by 1 & 1/8 inches and features a chef in his chef hat with a tray of food. All are in good condition, but there is ink staining as they were used, so this is to be expected. All are metal on wood backs.
