This hard to find hardcover, 219 page (the pages are hand cut) book was published in 1909, and is the first printing. Its bound in blue cloth with gold gilt decoration and titling on the front and spine, and has 3 plates of illustrations by a famous Quebec landscape artist. Condition in very good, with some scuffs on the back cover, some wear at the top and bottom of the spine, a strong binding and pages that are clean and unmarked, with the exception of name inside the front cover. The top edges of the pages are gilded, and the sides and bottom are natural, with the hand cut form. A beautiful book for the collector!
