I love the simplicity of this stitched tree. The brunt orange looks like fruit next to the green leaves. Young children first learned how to sew creating simple designs. This is a nice example of cross stitching on punched paper. The paper does have some yellowing due to age as shown in the photographs. The art is mounted on a sky blue matting and housed in a wood frame with a glass covering. The frame measures 9 by 7 ½ inches. This is a nice vintage needlework that can be mounted on a wall in your home or office. It is a great reminder of a simpler life in the past. Enjoy!
