This wonderful oversized softcover childrens book is 9 & 3/4 by 13 inches and titled The Tale of Peter Rabbit, with signed Milo Winter illustrations. Winter is one of my favorite illustrators, and these don't disappoint on their color, detail and charm! It was published in 1938 by Merrill of Chicago and is in very good, clean condition with minor wear. The pages are free of writing, and there's a few small light stains on the last pages. The pages have that linen texture, and there is light cover wear, with a small split at the bottom of the spine. Overall - nice condition for a book this age, and I've shown every page and both covers in the photos, so enjoy them and see the nice condition for yourself! This is a perfect backdrop for a vintage easter display!
